Job Details Brasserie Ten Ten is seeking Support staff to join our team. We are seeking both full-time and part-time positions, with availability on weekdays and weekends being essential. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about food and beverage, outgoing, and dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences. We believe that every position within Brasserie holds equal importance. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to become part of our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in running food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that all dishes are delivered promptly and accurately. Bus and reset tables between guest seatings, maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Clear tables efficiently and thoroughly between courses and at the end of each meal. Support the front-of-house team by responding to guest requests and assisting with any additional tasks as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including the dining room, service stations, bathrooms and entryways. Assist with opening and closing duties as required, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service. Perform all other duties, as assigned. Qualifications: Previous experience in a support, food running, expo or busser role in a restaurant setting is preferred. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all members of the restaurant staff. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: Standing and walking for extended periods, often for the entire shift. Lifting and carrying trays, dishes, and other items weighing up to 25 pounds. Bending and reaching to perform tasks around the dining area. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of activity.
